Basement Waterproofing Towson is a small, locally focused team. The same people who inspect your basement are the ones who plan and perform the work, so nothing gets lost between the sales call and the crew.
Three people carry most of the work: an owner who came up through foundation and drainage jobs, a project lead who keeps inspections and scheduling straight, and a technician who does the hands-on waterproofing.
Founder
Mark started working on Baltimore area foundations and drainage systems long before he started this company. He built it after watching homeowners pay repeatedly for surface coatings and spot patches that never touched the actual water route. He handles inspections on structural and drainage questions and reviews the repair plan on larger projects.
Project Lead
Denise coordinates inspections, scheduling, and project planning. She is the person most homeowners talk to first, and she is known on the team for turning technical findings into plain language: what is urgent, what can be watched, and what a project will actually involve day to day.
Waterproofing Technician
Luis handles much of the hands-on waterproofing and crack work. He has a particular eye for the small moisture trails that show where water is traveling behind finished walls or along foundation joints, which is often what separates a lasting repair from one that reappears next spring.
Inspections start with what you are seeing rather than with a product. Denise gathers the history: when the water shows up, what the yard and downspouts do in heavy rain, what has been repaired before. Mark looks at the foundation, the drainage path, and any signs of movement. Luis confirms where water is actually traveling once work begins, because basements do not always read the way they look.
Then we explain the options, including the smaller one. Not every wet basement needs the biggest possible project. Sometimes a targeted crack repair or a sump improvement is the right call. When recurring seepage does call for a full drainage and waterproofing system, we say that plainly and show you why.
