We are a small Baltimore area waterproofing team. Work is local, the schedule is real, and the person who owns the company is on job sites. If that sounds like the kind of shop you want to work in, we would like to hear from you.

What We Look For

Care about the diagnosis. We do not sell the biggest system to everyone. We want people who are curious about where water is actually coming from.
Straight talk with homeowners. You will be in someone's home explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon every time.
Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single skill on a resume.
Respect for the property. Protecting finishes, cleaning up, and leaving a basement better than you found it.
Physical work, done safely. Excavation, concrete, drainage, and pump work in tight spaces, following safe practice every time.

Experience in waterproofing, foundations, concrete, drainage, plumbing, or general construction helps. A clean driving record and the ability to get to Baltimore area job sites are practical requirements. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Waterproofing Technician

Interior and exterior drainage, crack repair, sump systems, vapor barriers, and crawl space work. You will be doing the hands-on repair and reporting what the basement shows once it is open.

Crew Lead

Running a two or three person crew on site: sequencing the day, protecting the home, keeping the job safe, and being the point of contact for the homeowner while work is underway.

Inspector and Estimator

Walking basements, crawl spaces, and exteriors to find the water path, then writing a scope and estimate a homeowner can actually understand. Foundation or drainage background expected.

Office and Scheduling Coordinator

Answering calls, booking evaluations, keeping the schedule honest, and following up so nobody is left wondering what happens next.
